• Documentation & Compliance Verification: review incoming files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence.
• Professional Stakeholder Written Communication: correspondence with financial advisors about statuses and verifications.
• Operational Excellence: manage high volumes within a busy office to meet daily SLA targets.
