Role Description

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer inquiries, and support cross-lingual communication for clients across different industries. The role also involves documenting key information, following client-specific guidelines, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and consistency. Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
