Job summary

Dream Profession is seeking a hands-on HR payroll administrator in Malaysia to support payroll processing, records maintenance, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role encompasses attendance tracking, leave, and reporting, with liaison to auditors and government authorities.

The ideal candidate has a SPM or Diploma in HR, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills. Mandarin proficiency is required for written and spoken communication, alongside the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Mandarin speaking & writing is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and overtime tracking
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance)
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, government authorities)
• Manage general administrative tasks (licenses, insurance, utilities)
• Support management with ad hoc duties and reporting
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management
