YFL Paper Sdn Bhd is a growing manufacturing SME in Butterworth seeking a versatile Finance & Operations Executive to oversee daily accounting, stock control, and office administration. The role requires Mandarin fluency to coordinate with overseas suppliers and partners, with good English and Bahasa Malaysia for local operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience handling full-set accounts and stock control.
• Manufacturing SME experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL Accounting, AutoCount or UBS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL).
• Perform monthly reconciliations and end-of-month closes.
• Oversee tax compliance, e-invoicing, and liaise with auditors.
• Monitor daily cash flow, petty cash, and banking.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers for shipping documents and payment terms.
