Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic content creator to produce engaging material across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. You will attend trainings, create same-day content from footage, and pitch new ideas to elevate campaigns.

The role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, a strong portfolio, and basic video editing skills to cut and publish short clips independently.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field.
• 1–3 years of content creation or social media experience or a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Produce content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube with a strong creative angle.
• Attend training sessions and produce same-day content: highlight posts, Stories, and short-form video clips.
• Generate original content ideas and pitch concepts beyond briefs.
• Develop content for recruitment: showcasing agent success stories and company culture.
• Manage and publish content on the Telegram Channel (weekly posts).
• Write captions and copy in both English and Mandarin reflecting the brand voice.
• Collaborate with Design and Video teams on content production and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and bring new formats to the team.
