Responsibilities

• Develop team competencies in costing, business & commercial analysis.
• Manage the complete quotation process from RFQ receipt to final submission.
• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, production, and program management teams to develop accurate cost estimates, cost breakdowns and pricing strategies.
• Ensure quotations are submitted within customer deadlines.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain costing models for products and services.
• Analyze material, labor, logistics, and overhead costs.
• Evaluate profitability and recommend pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks.
• Review contractual and commercial terms to identify risks.
• Ensure quotations comply with company policies and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit records of quotation activities.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase win rates and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as and when required by Venture.

We're looking to add a Manager, Quotation in Bayan Lepas plant.

As a Manager, Quotation, You will:

Develop team competencies in costing, business & commercial analysis.

Manage the complete quotation process from RFQ (Request for Quotation) receipt to final submission.

Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, production, and program management teams to develop accurate cost estimates, cost breakdowns and pricing strategies.

Ensure quotations are submitted within customer deadlines.

Responsible for the day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer requirements.

Evaluate profitability and recommend pricing strategies.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field with minimum 10 years relevant working experience in supervisory level or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or work experience.

Strong understanding of costing principles and contract management.

Possess strong leadership, technical competencies and analytical capabilities.

A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.
