• Monitor and analyze the performance of the SME portfolio, including delinquency trends, portfolio concentrations, sectoral exposures and migration among risk grades.
• Maintain dashboards and regular reports highlight emerging risks, deteriorating accounts and systemic issues affecting the portfolio.
• Implement portfolio initiatives to drive new customers and grow existing customers’ base to generate revenue, strengthen balances and optimize account utilization.
• Strategize and optimize profitability of the SME Banking portfolio while maintaining healthy balance of risk exposure.
• Maximize penetration of portfolio activities via sales channel and leads management.
• Maintain central loan review calendar to ensure timely review. Integrate rule-based engines to flag missing documents, policy deviations, covenant breaches and early warning indicators.
