We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, People Solutions, who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. You will drive key HR initiatives across talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work culture.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
1. Strategic HR Partnering:
- Partner with business leaders to understand business strategy and translate it into aligned HR initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence business decisions.
2. Talent Management & Development:
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions.
- Collaborate with Talent teams to identify and implement skill development programs for key talent.
- Support performance management cycles, ensuring fairness and consistency.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and practices.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support pulse surveys, action planning, and execution.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure timely execution of HR processes such as onboarding, confirmations, exits, and transfers.
- Monitor adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reports for assigned business units.
5. Culture & Change Management:
- Be an ambassador of organizational culture, values, and behaviors.
- Lead or support change management interventions and communication plans during organizational transformations.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HRBP or Generalist HR roles.
- Exposure to HR systems, data analytics, and HR processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
