Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Reporting & Analysis to lead finance reporting and analysis with APAC scope. You will manage reconciliation processes, drive insightful reporting, and support budgeting while improving reporting efficiencies.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel capabilities, data modeling, and automation, with exposure to SAP/Hyperion/Power BI. Join a team focused on delivering clean, scalable reports across the region.

Qualifications

• The technical side matters and FP&A, management reporting, business controlling, finance analytics or regional reporting are key backgrounds.
• This is for someone who enjoys making numbers clearer, reports cleaner, and processes less manual.
• Experience with automation and reporting improvements is strongly preferred.

We’re hiring for a Manager, Reporting & Analysis role with Asia Pacific scope.

• AP consolidated analysis and presentations
• Budgeting / RFC support
• Report improvement and new report development
• Automation of repetitive reporting work

Qualifications

The technical side matters. We’re looking for someone strong in advanced Excel, PivotTables, lookups, data cleaning, reporting models, macros and VBA / Visual Basic.

Required Skills

You should also have a background in FP&A, management reporting, business controlling, finance analytics or regional reporting. This is for someone who enjoys making numbers clearer, reports cleaner, and processes less manual.

Preferred Skills

SAP / Hyperion / Power BI / Power Query exposure would be an advantage.
