The Data & Technology Manager will be expected to work with stakeholders in the business, as well as external suppliers and technology providers, responsible for the ongoing operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring platform performance, data reliability, and operational excellence - while driving a culture of proactive improvements and automation. You will be building quality experiences through deep technical expertise, data engineering skills, analytical problem-solving capability and solutioning.
The role combines strong technical depth with people leadership, platform optimisation, and cross-team influence.
