Job summary

Cenergi SEA BERHAD seeks a Manager, Contract Administration & Planning to lead contract and commercial management for renewable energy projects in Malaysia. You will oversee EPC/EPCC contract administration, handle variations, EOT, and ensure timely payments and performance guarantees.

With a background in QS/engineering and 8–12 years in contract management, you will coordinate subcontracting, dispute resolution, and risk assessment to support project delivery across solar PV, biogas, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in contract/commercial management
• Strong experience in EPC/EPCC contract administration, contract negotiation, variations, EOT, claims, delay/disruption, payment, performance guarantees, liquidated damages, subcontract management and dispute resolution
• Experience with FIDIC and other international construction contracts is highly desirable
• Project experience in Solar PV, Hydropower, Biogas/Biomass, BESS or other power-generation projects preferred

About you

8–12 years of relevant experience in contract/commercial management

Strong experience in EPC/EPCC contract administration, contract negotiation, variations, EOT, claims, delay/disruption, payment, performance guarantees, liquidated damages, subcontract management and dispute resolution

Experience with FIDIC and other international construction contracts is highly desirable

Project experience in Solar PV, Hydropower, Biogas/Biomass, BESS or other power-generation projects preferred
