Overview

The Cash & Forex (CFX) Specialist focuses on new deposit customer acquisition, managing existing deposit relationships / portfolio whilst driving the cross-selling of cash management solutions to grow share of operating accounts and FX penetration to grow our Global Markets fee income. The successful candidate will report to the Area Manager of CFX Sales in the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) Division.

Job Responsibilities
  • Driving key KRAs on growing deposits & FX and to ensure successful execution with proven results.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers /Area Managers/ relevant stakeholders in growing new & existing customers' deposits and non-borrowing portfolio.
  • Bring in new customers to the branch via community business visitations, roadshows, or other branched based sales activities.
  • Propose/determine & identify business opportunities and risk associated with cost-benefit analysis to the manager for decision making.
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships, and increase share of wallet for their designated business center.
  • Identify cross selling opportunities for both new and existing customers, leveraging on the Bank's extensive suite of transaction banking solutions such as cash management, corporate internet banking platform and Global Markets.
Job Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking/Economics or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in deposit products or cash management with minimum 2 years in banking or financial institution related working experience.
