Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Malaysia Office or CEO in engaging key partners to increase sales activities and business penetration

  • Plan and execute business development activities, including marketing events planning and management

  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of business development proposals, presentations, and reports

  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to business development activities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional materials with business development objectives

  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing and new partners

Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Private Banking or HNW space, especially wealth planning and insurance team will be a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong team player with organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and detail-minded with good project management ability
