Job summary

Hong Leong Bank invites a Manager - Business & Corporate Banking (Account Relationship) to handle a CSF Banking Account portfolio, aiming to meet revenue targets while maintaining asset quality and profitability.

You will prepare credit applications for new accounts, ensure timely reviews and renewals, and identify cross-sell opportunities through credit assessments. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in banking are required, with 3–5 years in Corporate & Commercial Loans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Jointly manage a portfolio of existing CSF Banking Account relationships to meet business budget and grow funded and non-funded income.
• Write credit applications for new account acquisition and ensure timely review and renewal of existing accounts, including ad-hoc requests or additional facilities.
• Through the credit assessment process, identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure acceptable asset quality of existing portfolio.
• Ensure banking facilities are structured in compliance with credit lending policies.
• Address key risks of cases before submission to Wholesale Credit.
