Build and maintain relationships with dealers, and support dealers and customers in understanding the Company’s financing products and application process. Actively identify market opportunities, develop potential customers and business sources, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Promote automotive financing products to customers in order to improve financing penetration and business conversion. Conduct financial training for dealers, ensuring the continuous improvement of financial awareness and skills of sales/delivery teams, and helping them better understand the processes and requirements of Proton Finance.
Assist customers in preparing application documents, follow up on application progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
This position will maintain continuous communication with regional sales teams and dealers, ensure smooth financial processes and a good sales experience for customers, and assist dealers in resolving finance-related complaints. Gather market updates, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business improvement and strategy development.
To actively maintain cooperative relationships with OEMs and continuously improve OEM satisfaction.
Diploma or above; Finance, Economics, Management and other related majors are preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, automotive financial services, hire purchase business.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, dealers, and external stakeholders.
Result-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to achieving sales targets.
Willing to travel and visit dealers to support business development.
