About the Department

The APAC Marketing Team is responsible for strengthening and promoting the Sika brand across the Asia Pacific region. The team supports regional marketing communications, branding initiatives, digital content, internal communications, and major business events that help drive business growth and customer engagement. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands‑on exposure to regional marketing operations, communication campaigns, and event management. You will work alongside marketing teams and collaborate with various functions and stakeholders regionally and across multiple countries, making this an exciting opportunity to build a career in marketing communications within a global organization.
