Job summary

AEON Credit Excellence (ACE) invites graduates to join the ACE Graduate Programme 2027, an 18-month leadership development track designed to prepare you for a future leadership role within AEON Credit.

Through rotations across our core business and operations, you will work with experienced professionals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and take on assignments that stretch you, building the skills to make an impact in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
• CGPA of 3.50 or higher
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with less than 2 years of working experience

Responsibilities

• Own Your Projects: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects in each rotation.
• Analyse & Problem Solve: Gather information, analyse data, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Communicate & Present: Prepare reports and share project updates and ideas with stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with colleagues from different functions to achieve business outcomes.
• Improve How We Work: Spot opportunities to enhance processes and bring fresh ideas.
