Job summary

ADVANCED ENERGY INDUSTRIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. offers a 12-month Management Trainee – Apprentice program for fresh graduates in Buyer, Production Planner and Engineering Planner tracks.

The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship and cross-functional exposure within key manufacturing and supply chain functions. The program accelerates development through structured learning, on-the-job training, and collaboration across Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Management, Operation Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Open to Fresh graduates.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement process and PO creation.
• Monitor supplier order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, and material commitments.
• Track supplier deliveries and expedite material shortages to support production.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and procurement-related concerns with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA to process purchasing transactions and maintain records.
• Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities by reviewing demand signals.
• Assist in RFQ activities including supplier communication and analysis.
