Job summary

Kee Song Agriculture (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on farm operation assistant to support daily activities and help achieve production and quality targets. You will work under the Farm Supervisor and participate in flock management to optimise health, performance and egg production.

The role involves supervising farm workers, ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs, and maintaining strict biosecurity and hygiene practices on site in Malaysia.

• Assist in daily farm operations to support the Farm Supervisor in achieving production, quality and targets.
• Participate in flock management: monitor health, performance, environment, feed and water intake, and egg production.
• Assist in supervising farm workers to ensure safe, efficient daily activities per policies and SOPs.
• Monitor biosecurity, hygiene, and farm SOPs to minimize disease risk and maintain a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist in daily farm operations and management to support the Farm Supervisor in achieving company production, quality, and operational targets, and spare part checking

Participate in flock management, including monitoring flock health, pull chic, bird performance, environmental conditions, feed and water intake, egg production, and overall flock performance

Assist in supervising farm workers to ensure daily work activities are carried out effectively, safely, and in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and work schedules

Monitor and ensure compliance with farm biosecurity measures, hygiene requirements, and farm SOPs to minimize the risk of disease outbreaks and maintain a safe farm environment
