Basic Salary: RM 3600-4000

Basic Salary: RM 4000 got experience

Career Development Direction

- 6 Months Training Program which will require relocation up to 2 outlets

  • 3 outlets - Training Module including Close Sales Skill, Stock Management, Visual Merchandise, Finance Management & Human Resource Management
  • Candidates will be trained in store as a management trainee.

After the physical training has been conducted, a period of work and learning in the stores will enable candidates to become familiar with store operation and business skills. Upon completion of the practical programme, successful candidates will work as store PIC in the store, and can also be nominated as store managers based on outstanding performance. Both roles are responsible for the store and sales management.

- Conduct stock takes to control stock loss to a minimum level and manage storeroom stock efficiently

- Able to handle and execute Visual Merchandising in store by following VM standards

- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, policies and procedures, profit protection measures, rules and regulations

- Build a strong sales and service culture within team members/workplace

- Able to handle paperwork for month closing for Finance & HR

- After gaining experience in several stores, a Store Manager with outstanding performance may be promoted as Area Manager, responsible for operations and sales performance of several stores; potential transfer to other countries for business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers) and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer service experience will be valuable
  • Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply as there will be training provided
