Job summary

Lendlease Malaysia is seeking a motivated FCC Operator to join Setia City Mall. You will monitor fire safety systems from the Fire Command Centre and coordinate responses to emergencies, ensuring the safety of tenants and visitors in a dynamic retail environment.

The role involves enforcing safety policies, conducting drills, inspections, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to keep systems operational. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School / SPM certificate.
• Diploma or Degree in a related field is an advantage but not required.
• Able to communicate clearly and stay calm in urgent situations.
• Willing to work day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively enforce and implement Setia City Mall's fire and life safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems from the Fire Command Centre.
• Coordinate emergency response actions with internal teams and external services.
• Conduct fire drills, evacuation exercises, and system testing.
• Perform routine fire safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams to ensure equipment is serviced.
• Support updates to emergency procedures and staff training.
