AGENSI PEKERJAAN LINKTRIX CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive to coordinate daily marketing activity across Malaysia. You will work with agencies, creators and venues to execute campaigns, manage social channels, and support dealer marketing and events.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing, strong English, and excellent organisational skills, with some travel and weekend work for events. Experience with analytics and paid social tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, PR or events coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating agencies, freelancers or creators to deadlines and within budget.
• Hands-on experience managing brand social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong organisational skills, with a track record of accurately tracking tasks, approvals and spend.
• Ability to work from Kuala Lumpur, with some travel and evening or weekend work required for events.
• Experience with creator or influencer campaigns is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and paid social tools such as Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing activity in Malaysia by maintaining project timelines, task lists and approvals, and submitting weekly status reports to the Head of Marketing.
• Act as the local point of contact for external vendors, including PR agencies, creators, production crews and event venues.
• Issue briefs, manage schedules and approvals, and track spend against approved budgets.
• Manage creator and influencer collaborations from first contact to posting, including briefs, content approvals, usage rights and posting calendars.
• Manage the brand's social media channels according to the content calendar in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Publish social media content, respond to audience comments and messages, and elevate issues to the Head of Marketing on the same day.
• Manage on-the-ground logistics for media briefings, events, activations and field research.
• Support dealer-facing marketing, including marketing materials and dealer visits, as assigned.
• Monitor local market and competitor activity and report relevant developments to the Head of Marketing.
• Maintain campaign tracking, including links, campaign records and the asset library.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
