Job summary

CID in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Country Sales Manager based in Malaysia to lead the sales program for our cardiovascular devices. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline, engage hospital stakeholders, and drive revenue to meet annual quotas.

The ideal candidate has extensive medical device field experience, a proven quota track record, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with regional teams and service partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and build key account relationships.
• Visit customers regularly to promote products and hit targets.
• Grow existing accounts and acquire new customers in the territory.
• Plan market development for existing and new products per divisional goals.
• Serve as key contact for hospital management and purchasing.
• Attend meetings and exhibitions to promote CID portfolio.
• Analyze market feedback and report to Management monthly/annually.
