Position Summary

Maintenance Technician III responsible for all machine and tool in production include NPI and will have explosure with SMT, Washing, Router, Testers process.

What You Will Do

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, set-up, initialize, machine conversion and 6S.
• Spare part control and cost saving project.
• Perform machine repair and verify functionality of modules.
• Ensure and build in safety ergonomic factor into existing equipment.
• Reliable and careful to complete task given without fail with compliant to EHS procedure.
• Full participation in improving Product/ Process Yields, Safety, Quality and Environment & Equipment.
• Punctually return from break time and to work with good attendance including OT support when required.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork with supervisors, engineers, and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in semiconductor machine troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and safety control.
• Associate's / Diploma in any engineering with related field.
• 5 - 7 years minimum experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SMT machine process, Die Attach or Pick and Place machine process, Dispensing machine process and technical background with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong teamwork, independence, and an aggressive attitude, along with excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
