Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Technician 3 to join our engineering team. You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support operations across kitchen, laundry, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical tasks to ensure guest comfort.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar hotel role, a related certificate, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and legal rights to work in Malaysia are

Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering operations.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar hotel/resort role.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Certificate in a related discipline.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Right to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled maintenance as assigned.
• Handle work orders across engineering disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and more).
• Maintain logs of stock items and tools.
• Close out work orders with minimal guest disruption.
• Provide high-quality service that ensures guest satisfaction.
• Answer inquiries efficiently and manage shift handovers.
• Interact with guests with hospitality and accommodate requests.
