Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Technician Grade 3 to support hotel operations. You will be responsible for maintaining power, water, heating, and cooling systems, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

You will lead maintenance tasks, supervise junior technicians, and contribute to energy efficiency and reliability of hotel infrastructure. This role requires adaptability to day and night shifts and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Familiar with operation principles and fault judgment methods of large data centre infrastructure.
• Willing to be assigned to day and night shifts for long periods.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, professionalism, and learning ability.
• Active and motivated in work, with good service mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory compliance: adhere to staff rules and management commands for safe operation.
• Operational management: ensure normal operation of power, water, gas, heating, and cooling equipment.
• Record keeping: inspect operation and shift handover records accurately.
• Equipment maintenance: inspect and maintain equipment and facilities under jurisdiction.
• Energy management: save energy and improve efficiency.
• Event support: ensure maintenance for banquets and meetings and that equipment functions well.
• Emergency preparedness: regularly test-run generator for power continuity.
• Fire safety supervision: inspect and address fire prevention works.
• Training & development: supervise and train technicians and apprentices.
• Tool management: manage tools and track usage; enforce discipline when needed.
