Qualifications

• A recognised technical qualification or certification relevant to trades and services industry, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience working as a Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently
• Proficiency in using technical tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments appropriate to the role
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in a technical environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate service records
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working at heights where applicable
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to work
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance technical knowledge

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting equipment and systems to identify faults and operational issues
• Performing routine maintenance and preventative servicing to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably
• Repairing and replacing faulty components, parts, and systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards
