Job summary

Shopee is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our inbound/outbound warehouse operations in Pulau Indah, Klang and Shah Alam. You will monitor machinery, carry out installations, and respond to breakdowns to keep the e-commerce logistics running smoothly.

With a Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, you will troubleshoot PLCs, service conveyors, and support engineers in refining SOPs and maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field, with AS/RS experience.
• Warehouse environment experience is advantageous.
• Experience in PLC and controlling systems.
• Strong ability to repair mechanical parts (conveyors, rollers, etc.).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Controlling Systems / WMS.
• Able to read mechanical and electrical schematics for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
• Attend to breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
• Install and commission new equipment and perform scheduled maintenance per checklist.
• Perform minor repairs and fault diagnosis.
• Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts and equipment as needed.
• Maintain records of machines and service history.
• Assist Lead Engineers to review SOPs and maintenance programs.
• Obtain and design special components, fixtures, fittings.
