Job summary

Homesuite Hotels Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on maintenance staff to keep the property's facilities in top condition in Sabah. You will repair plumbing leaks, service air conditioning, and fix doors, cabinets and furniture, while assisting with installations and relocations.

Daily you will follow the maintenance schedule, uphold safety standards, report any damage to your supervisor promptly, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Have a Class D / B2 driving license and own vehicle.
• Experience with air conditioning and wiring.
• Good all-round general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair plumbing leaks and unclog floor traps.
• Service and clean air conditioners.
• Repair doors, cabinets and furniture.
• Carry out painting touch-up and silicone work.
• Perform ceiling, wall and tile repairs.
• Assist in installation and relocation works.
• Do daily maintenance per the schedule for each day.
• Follow maintenance standards and prioritise guest comfort and safety.
• Report damage or equipment problems to supervisor promptly.
• Do other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
