Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge to operate seaming machine.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and other technical issues.
• Replace defective parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used, repairs completed, machine settings and any issues encountered.
• Work closely with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
• Provide support during production shutdowns and other critical maintenance events.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain seaming machines to ensure seam quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues and perform repairs.
• Replace worn or defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Assist in installing new equipment and upgrades.
• Keep detailed maintenance records of parts used and repairs performed.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize production disruption.
• Provide support during planned shutdowns and critical maintenance windows.
