Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, and can coordinate with engineers for planning, manpower and shutdown activities while working safely in a team.

Strong diagnostic and basic troubleshooting skills, knowledge of rotating equipment, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, especially pumps and mechanical seals.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and manpower coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Create and assign work orders to maintenance technicians.
• Supervise daily repair and maintenance activities.
• Monitor spare parts and maintenance inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Engineers on maintenance planning and manpower requirements.
• Support breakdown, shutdown, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.
