Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance and reliability professional to perform routine, preventive, and predictive tasks across production lines. You will lead 8D investigations, manage the RNM budget, and coordinate with Quality on CAPAs while supporting NPI activities and component validations.

The role requires strong problem-solving and documentation skills, with hands-on experience in PM/RCM/TPM and cross-functional collaboration to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and reliability programs in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead quality investigations and CAPA activities.
• Familiar with NPI process support and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Lead 8D problem-solving initiatives and report findings.
• Manage RNM budget, spare parts, and obsolescence evaluations.
• Collaborate with Quality on audits and CAPA implementation.
• Track engineering processes, part usage, and downtime.
• Interface with clients, communicate timelines and test results.
• Prepare engineering documentation and implement ECRs when needed.
