Overview

Oversee day-to-day building services operations to ensure optimum efficiency and minimal downtime.

Strong leadership to lead a diverse team and fostering multiple departments collaboration work culture in a mall.

Develop team grooming and improvement strategies aligned with company's goals.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources allocation to ensure effective engineering operations.

Collaborate with market professionals to develop and execute enhancement plans aligned with company's strategic goals.

Proactive and independent working attitude. Possesses strong continuous improvement mindset. Possesses dynamic mindset to adapt to modern technologies and systems operations in a mall environment. Strong passion in optimizing engineering systems with sound analytical skills.

Experience in running and optimizing engineering operations with building management system (BMS). Ready to work on energy efficiency projects. Highly skilled in deciphering engineering data for mall operations and maintenance. Experience with 33kV/11kV/415V facilities operation and shutdown. Able to analyze power consumption readings. Hands on experience in managing chilled water system exceeding 10,000RT. Able to perform basic HVAC engineering calculations. Able to produce and read HVAC sketches. Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC technical issues.

Job Requirements
