Job summary

Palm Garden Golf Club Putrajaya is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee building services, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems at the Putrajaya facility. The role focuses on planning, safety, and efficient operations to support a premier hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a small team while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-conscious maintenance actions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certificated chargeman A0/A1.
• Experience in building maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Commitment to safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.

Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.

Hands-on approach with attention to detail and service quality.

Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies.
