Renesas Electronics Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to lead machine stability, maintenance, and process improvement across critical fabrication lines.
You will mentor technicians, drive TPM/CMMS based maintenance, support new product launches, manage cost investments, ensure safety, and maintain 5S/ISO/IATF standards while collaborating across functions.
Providing full support to the company and superiors to achieve organizational objectives, coordinating effectively with peers across departments, and offering guidance to subordinates. Ensuring smooth collaboration, enhancing teamwork, and fostering a productive work environment to meet departmental goals efficiently while maintaining strong communication and operational effectiveness within the organization.
