Molex Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operation of injection moulding machines and related equipment. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, support machine start-ups, and coordinate with production and engineering to boost productivity.

The role requires a bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or industrial maintenance engineering, plus hands-on knowledge of CMMS, PLCs, and hydraulics/pneumatics. On-site in Penang, Malaysia.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance Engineering.
• Knowledge of injection moulding or equipment maintenance in manufacturing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment to minimise downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and keep CMMS records up to date.
• Support mould changeovers, machine trials, start-ups, and parameter adjustments.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve machine performance and reliability.
