Responsibilities

• Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures: Operate strictly in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures for Ingredient Handling and Position Management to ensure process consistency and safety.
• Raw Material Handling & Verification: Collect and verify raw materials to ensure correct quantity and quality, following established guidelines and documentation protocols.
• Batch Preparation: Prepare batches according to approved formulas and specific process requirements, ensuring accurate ingredient measurements and timely execution.
• Accurate Production Data Recording: Maintain detailed and objective records of production inputs, batch quantities, and related data as required by operational standards.
• Sample Collection & Quality Control: Collect in-process control (IPC) samples and submit them to the quality lab for analysis. Communicate test results promptly to the team leader for necessary action.
• Shift Communication: Actively participate in shift handover meetings, reporting key production updates, issues, or deviations to the team leader and incoming shift team.
• Compliance with Company Policies: Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and labor regulations. Maintain professional conduct and operational discipline at all times. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene within assigned work areas. Responsible for regular cleaning of designated sanitation zones and contributing to overall workshop tidiness.

Qualifications

1. Over 3 years of experience in a production or factory environment, preferably within the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
2. Well-versed in batch preparation, raw material handling, and shift-based production operations.
3. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
4. Strong understanding of technical processes, quality standards, and production data documentation.
5. Fluent in Mandarin, essential for interpreting SOPs, safety protocols, and effective communication with Mandarin-speaking teams.
6. Solid knowledge of SOP adherence, operational discipline, and workplace safety compliance.
7. Hands-on experience in raw material verification, batch processing, and maintaining accurate production records.
8. Familiar with sample collection and quality control procedures, including IPC testing and collaboration with QC laboratories.
