The operator is responsible for meeting the required dimensions, cleanliness, quality, quantity and production schedule.***PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES***1. Operate assigned production machinery safely, correctly and efficiently.2. Operate the packing line, rolling, shearing, punching, press brake and other production machines based on training and authorization.3. Perform machine operations according to production orders, engineering drawings, work instructions and relevant documents.4. Monitor machine performance and ensure production output meets delivery dates and customer quality requirements.5. Perform basic machine inspection, cleaning, troubleshooting and routine maintenance.6. Check completed products using the appropriate measuring tools and quality-control methods.7. Ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability, cleanliness, and product quality during production.8. Identify and report machine abnormalities, equipment damage, quality problems and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.9. Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness around the machine and production area.10. Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, production instructions and workshop rules.11. Participate actively in continuous-improvement activities, safety programs and workplace training.12. Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, maintenance personnel and production team members.13.
