Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Technician for our multi-site operations in Kuala Lumpur. This field-based role requires hands-on maintenance, repairs, and overseeing preventive maintenance across offices, residences, and retail properties.

You will travel regularly between sites and respond to ad hoc requests while ensuring safety and compliance. The ideal candidate holds a trade qualification in a relevant discipline and has 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot across building systems and equipment.
• Proficient with mobile devices and digital reporting tools.
• Comfortable using CMMS platforms for maintenance logging.
• Bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple sites.
• Submit accurate maintenance records, certificates, and compliance docs.
• Identify safety risks and escalate to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and client contacts during incidents.
• Provide after-hours support and rapid response as needed.
