Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of M&E concepts and interest in mechanical and electrical supervision at project sites.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and follow instructions from senior supervisors.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital documentation tools.
• Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical tasks and direct site workers.
• Make sure work matches the approved engineering drawings and site plans.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it passes client and consultant tests.
• Enforce all safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings to prevent accidents.
• Write daily updates and report any construction delays to the Project Manager.
