Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Cost Controller/Quantity Surveyor for our client in the high-tech facilities sector. You will plan budgets, prepare estimates, and manage tender documents.

You will monitor project spending, resolve contract issues, and ensure final accounts are settled fairly. Travel to site and client meetings may be required. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management with strong analytic and negotiation skills is expected.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Good analytic and negotiation skills.

• Planning: Create budgets, estimates, and contract documents.
• Bidding: Manage the entire tender process from documentation to analysis.
