Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in building upgrading/refurbishment and facilities maintenance & management.
• Sound knowledge of M&E systems and coordination of upgrading/refurbishment works.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to issues on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors for upgrading, refurbishment and maintenance works.
• Assist in managing, monitoring and executing upgrading and refurbishment works.
• Manage daily maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical systems, building facilities, and general upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Prepare maintenance recommendations and seek management approval.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and compliance documents.
