Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru seeks a Property Construction M&E Engineer to lead installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across diverse projects. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant M&E capabilities on site.

The candidate will perform site inspections, prepare drawings and specifications, supervise installation, and coordinate with contractors and clients while adhering to Malaysian codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional M&E experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and building services.
• Experience with site inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to follow building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Property Construction site inspections and assessments for M&E installations.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for project implementation.
• Supervise and coordinate installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation, commissioning and DLP.
• Conduct testing and commissioning to meet performance specs.
• Maintain communication with Contractors and Clients on progress.
• Document all project activities and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
