Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in property or facilities management projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards and statutory regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities
