Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a strategic project manager with a strong background in M&A or corporate finance. The role involves supporting the APAC Business Director and monitoring integration across departments. Candidates should have at least 3-6 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus. Qualifications

Job description

• Supporting the APAC Business Director during the acquisition process: analysis, project follow-up, integration, etc.
• Monitoring all the aspects of integration with all departments (sales, logistics, finance, HR, industrial etc).

Analysis and Reporting

• Maximizing performance of your defined area:
  • Analysing results and performance
  • Providing advices and improvement paths
• KPI monitoring
• Assist the Business Unit Director during operational meetings

Corporate Development

• Sourcing for potential growth opportunities externally, particularly in areas related to
  • Feed and raw materials and/or additives producers
  • Animal feed additives distribution companies
  • Animal feed premix producers
• Analysing sales performance of different products
• Monitoring sourcing projects of new raw materials
• Advising management regarding products diversification/strategy

Skils and Pre-requisites

Master/Bachelor degree in Corporate Finance / M&A / Strategy
