Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house and luxury retailer known for its iconic handbags and refined styling. The Sales Associate is the front‑line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service, meeting sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and drive sales through cross‑selling and tailored recommendations while using POS and clienteling tools to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
