Job summary

Maison Longchamp in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Store Manager at Johor Premium Outlets to support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role acts as deputy and takes charge in the Manager's absence.

The candidate will oversee sales performance, inventory control, and operational execution while upholding Longchamp’s brand standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience, luxury or premium preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example through active selling and product knowledge.
• Deliver a personalized and memorable customer experience.
• Develop customer loyalty through clienteling and CRM usage.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Coach, motivate, and develop the team for daily operations.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate sales priorities.
• Maintain service, product knowledge, and grooming standards.
• Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and supervision.
