Job summary

Bestline Design Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Jewelry Sales Representative to join our team. You will represent our brand locally and abroad, providing expert guidance to clients selecting jewelry that reflects artistry and craftsmanship.

Travel to Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, and other destinations may be required; when not traveling, you will work at our shop lot boutique as a retail sales professional, maintaining showroom presentation and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Goal-driven with proven sales achievements.
• Passion for jewelry, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
• Freshmen are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients in selecting jewelry pieces that reflect artistry and meaning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and personalized service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding luxury retail standards.
• Travel to Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc., when required to support international operations.
• When not traveling, work at our shop lot boutique as a retail sales professional.
• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed to brand standards.
• Handle client inquiries, after-sales service, and returns with care.
