Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join the Sales & Marketing Department. You will conceptualize, design and produce high-quality visuals reflecting our brand identity for print and digital media to support marketing, sales and operations.

Role requires 2–3 years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality or luxury lifestyle.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, invitations, and event collateral.
• Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, online ads and other digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects in line with hotel/resort standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and F&B teams for promotions, events and campaigns.
• Coordinate with printers and production houses for timely, quality output.
• Support internal departments with signage, presentations and training materials.
• Manage photography and videography needs, with basic editing as required.
• Stay updated with design trends to bring fresh ideas to hospitality marketing.
