Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast invites a creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will craft high-quality visuals for digital and print, reflecting our brand identity and enhancing the guest experience.

We value a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design with 2–3 years of hospitality experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You will partner with Marketing, Sales and F&B to produce compelling content and support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing design formats.
• Knowledge of printing processes and production requirements.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop concepts and design layouts for marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, invitations, event collateral).
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, online ads, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects per brand standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and F&B teams to produce content for promotions and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external printers and production houses for timely output.
• Support internal departments with signage, presentations, and training materials.
• Manage photography and videography needs including basic editing.
• Stay updated with design trends and hospitality marketing best practices.
